How do I place an order?
Go to our official website, click the “Buy Now” button, fill in your details, and complete payment in our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store?
No. We sell exclusively online, and only the VisionPro product.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, as well as Spain and the U.S. (Latino community).
Shipping options will appear automatically at checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days (depending on destination and carrier).

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
On some devices you can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I pay in cash or cash on delivery?
Not at the moment. All payments are made online using the methods above.

Can I change my order or address?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
If you need to correct your address or cancel the purchase, email us as soon as possible at visionpro@gmail.com.
Once shipped, changes are not possible.

Can I buy more than one pair?
Yes. At checkout you can select as many pairs as you’d like.
If you want a different promotion or additional units after completing your purchase, simply place a new order.

Where do the products come from?
We work with logistics centers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Your order will ship from the closest and most efficient warehouse based on your location.

I only received part of my order—is that normal?
Yes, it can happen. If you ordered multiple pairs, they may be shipped in separate parcels.
You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

What is your exchange and returns policy?

  • Change of mind returns: up to 7 days after delivery.

  • Manufacturing defects: up to 30 days after delivery.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging. After inspection, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
(Shipping costs are non-refundable when the product is correct.)

What if my delivery is delayed?
Check the status using your tracking number.
If more days pass than the estimated window (5–12 business days), contact us and we’ll follow up with the carrier.
