Exchange, Returns, and Warranty Policy — VisionPro
At VisionPro, your satisfaction is our priority. If, upon receiving your product, you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
Timeframes

Dissatisfaction with the product (right of withdrawal): up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

Visible damage upon delivery (factory-scratched lenses, bent temples/arms, missing parts, defective bridge/nose pads): notify within 24 hours of delivery, attaching photos or video of the product and packaging with the shipping label visible. After this period, the damage may be considered mishandling.
Optional (upon request): If you prefer to extend the defect warranty to 90 days to align with other policies, let us know and we will update this document.
Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, clean, in its original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals (case, cleaning cloth, cards).

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., permanent heat adjustment of temples, screw replacements, unauthorized adaptations).
Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, the customer may choose:

Exchange for another pair available in stock; or
-
Refund of the product price.
Shipping costs: are non-refundable when the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Procedure

Email visionpro@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and reason.

Attach photos or a video (up to 1 minute) clearly showing the issue and the original packaging with visible label.

You will receive return instructions (address and/or return label/code, if applicable).

After receipt, we will perform the quality inspection and notify you of the resolution (exchange or refund).
Refunds

Processed to the original payment method once the inspection is approved.

Credit card: the credit may appear within up to two subsequent statements (depending on the issuer).

Timeframes may vary by payment gateway and bank.
Warranty

All products include a 30-day manufacturing defect warranty from the date of receipt (unless an extension to 90 days is agreed).

To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video (up to 1 minute) or photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging (label visible).
Warranty Does Not Cover

Cosmetic damage from post-purchase use (scratches from improper cleaning, impacts, drops).

Damage from liquids or moisture incompatible with normal use (chemicals/solvents on lenses or frame).

Incorrect handling: extreme bending of temples, twisting, exposure to high temperatures (sauna, car dashboard under sun), use of abrasive products.

Unauthorized interventions: repair attempts, screw or part replacements by third parties.

Normal wear and tear (gradual screw loosening, slight hinge play, micro-marks over time).

Non-recommended stress tests (forced bending, excessive pressure).
